Will I earn loyalty points if I buy a gift card?

No, unfortunately, you won’t earn loyalty points when purchasing a gift card. However, you can earn points when you use that gift card to pay for eligible items on future orders!

Can I use multiple credit cards, emails, or phone numbers to earn points on my loyalty account?

You can link multiple credit cards to one loyalty account, but you can only use one email and one phone number per account. So, only one customer profile can be used for loyalty points.

When will I receive my birthday reward?

You’ll receive an email notifying you when you’re eligible for a birthday reward. This email will include instructions on how to use your linked credit card in-store or how to speak with a staff member to apply the reward. The birthday reward is not added to your points balance; instead, it’s applied as a discount to your check when you make a purchase in the restaurant.

Can I earn points on a shared order if my friends and I have separate loyalty accounts?

Yes! Ask your server to split the check and attach your loyalty account, rather than splitting the overall payment. If you split the payment across multiple people, points might not be credited properly. Splitting the check ensures that everyone gets the right amount of points for their share of the order.

I signed up for the loyalty program after I paid my bill. Can I get the points added to my account?

Yes, if you sign up for the loyalty program after paying, the staff may be able to manually add those points to your account.

Can I merge two loyalty accounts?

Yes! You can merge two Toast Loyalty accounts into one.
